We have had some confusion when it comes to our booking system and paying adults and unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds once a booking has been made.

Every paid baby and child ticket automatically comes with one free adult ticket.

Please only add additional adult tickets to your booking. You DO NOT need to add free adults when making the booking.

1 paying baby/child entry = 1 automatic free adult.

2 paying baby/child entry = 2 automatic free adults.

1 paying baby/child entry but 2 parents want to come together, only ONE adult ticket needs to be added to the booking alongside the baby/child ticket.

We apologize if this caused any confusion and hope it is a bit clearer now :)

Please read the following before booking a slot. Online bookings are ONLY available over the weekends and during term time. Our slots are as follows. 9.30am to 12.00pm 12.15pm to 2.45pm 3.00am to 5.30pm For more information, please Click Here.

Babies in Arms (babies under 1 year old) are charged £1.50 each. One adult is included free.
Children are charged £6.50 each. One adult is included free.
Extra Adults are charged £1.50 each.
No outside food is allowed.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

PARTY PRICES

Option 1: Small Party – minimum requirement of 6 children at £10 per head. Option 2: Themed Party – minimum requirement of 6 children at £13.50 per head. Allocated time slots are between 9:30am-12pm, 12:15pm-2:45pm or 3pm-5:30pm. The party session will be strictly 2 & 1/2hrs long. (Any siblings of children attending the party will be granted discounted entry to the play area at £3.50 per child but please note this does not make them part of the birthday party and additional food will not be provided for these children). Party Food will include assorted sandwiches, crisps, cheese rolls, cucumber & carrot sticks, sweet treats for e.g., party rings or jelly tubs and unlimited squash. Venue will be open to the public. 20% non-refundable deposit has to be made to secure a party date. Please confirm party numbers and pay the remaining balance at least 10days before the party date.

PRIVATE HIRE

Option 1: £235 for up to 40 guests (adults & children). This will include food for up to 20-25 children and venue hire for 2 & ½ hours. The venue will be closed to the public and the time slots available are between 9:30am-2pm or 12:15pm-2:45pm or 3pm-5:30pm. Option 2: Themed party – £260 for up to 40 guests (adults & children). This will include food for up to 20-25 children, venue hire for 2 & ½ hours, a theme of your choice & sweetie cones. The venue will be closed to the public and the time slots available are between 9:30am-12pm or 12:15pm-2:45pm or 3pm-5:30pm Private Party Food will include pizzas, chicken wraps, cucumber & carrot sticks, crisps, sweet treats (party rings or jelly tubs) & unlimited squash. 20% non-refundable deposit has to be made to secure a party date. Please confirm party numbers and pay the remaining balance at least 10days before the party date. First Child: £6.50 for Play and Eat afterschool sessions between 3:00pm to 5:30pm.

Choose from a choice of: Burger, Chicken Wrap, Chicken Nuggets, Hot Dogs, Veggie Burger 🍔 or Mini Pizza & Chicken Poppers (Diary-free options available as well).
All served with chips and a glass of squash or water.

Session times are between 3pm and 5.30pm for this deal. No need to book, just turn up and play! Unlimited play.
