Please Read before Booking

We have had some confusion when it comes to our booking system and paying adults and unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds once a booking has been made. Every paid baby and child ticket automatically comes with one free adult ticket. Please only add additional adult tickets to your booking. You DO NOT need to add free adults when making the booking.

1 paying baby/child entry = 1 automatic free adult.

2 paying baby/child entry = 2 automatic free adults.

1 paying baby/child entry but 2 parents want to come together, only ONE adult ticket needs to be added to the booking alongside the baby/child ticket. We apologize if this caused any confusion and hope it is a bit clearer now 🙂

Online bookings are available. Our slots are as follows.

10.00am to 5.15pm
Weekends: Simply walk in. No need to book.

• Babies in Arms (babies under 1 year old) are charged £2.00 each. One adult is included free.
• Children are charged £6.00 each. One adult is included free.
• Extra Adults are charged £1.50 each.
• No outside food is allowed.
• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
